Welcome to the California Department of Parks and Recreation's Online Grants Application (OLGA) for the Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Division's (OHMVR Division) Grants and Cooperative Agreements program (Grants Program). OLGA is a web-based application system designed to assist users throughout the grant process.

The purpose of the Grants program is to provide for well-managed OHV Recreation by providing financial assistance to eligible agencies and organizations that develop, maintain, operate, expand, support, or contribute to well-managed, high-quality, OHV Recreation areas, roads, and trails, and to responsibly maintain the wildlife, soils, and habitat of Project Areas in a manner that will sustain long-term OHV Recreation.

Public Review & Comment Period
The OHMVR Division invites the public to review and comment on the Preliminary Applications submitted for consideration in the 2026 grant cycle. The public review and comment period for the 2026 (G26) Grants Program is open from March 3, 2026, until 5:00 p.m. PST on May 4, 2026.

How to Review Applications and Submit Comments

• Review the Preliminary Applications submitted to the OHMVR Division
• Submit comments electronically through the online system or
