Welcome to the Online Grants Application (OLGA) for the California Department of Parks and Recreation, Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Division's Grants and Cooperative Agreements program (Grants Program). OLGA is a web-based application system that aids users throughout the grant process. Move the mouse over the options in the left pane of the Home Page to view additional details for each option.

The purpose of the Grants Program is to provide for well-managed OHV Recreation by providing financial assistance to eligible agencies and organizations that develop, maintain, operate, expand, support, or contribute to well-managed, high-quality OHV Recreation areas, roads, and trails, and to responsibly maintain the wildlife, soils, and habitat of Project Areas in a manner that will sustain long-term OHV Recreation.

IMPORTANT
The next cycle for the Grants and Cooperative Agreements Program will start on Monday, January 13, 2025. We will accept preliminary applications for this cycle until 5:00 pm Pacific time on Monday, March 3, 2025.
