Welcome to the Online Grants Application (OLGA) for the California Department of Parks and Recreation, Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Division's Grants and Cooperative Agreements Program (Grants Program). OLGA is a web-based application system that aids users throughout the grant process. Move the mouse over the options in the left pane of the Home Page to view additional details for each option.

The purpose of the Grants Program is to provide for well-managed OHV Recreation by providing financial assistance to eligible Agencies and organizations that develop, maintain, operate, expand, support, or contribute to well-managed, high-quality OHV Recreation areas, roads, and trails, and responsibly maintain the wildlife, soils, and habitat of Project Areas in a manner that will sustain long-term OHV Recreation.

IMPORTANT- PUBLIC COMMENT
The public comment period for the 2025 (G25) Grants Program has begun. This period offers an opportunity for the public to review and provide feedback on the G25 Preliminary Applications. Public comments shall be received by the Division no later than 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time on May 5, 2025. Public comments can be submitted through OLGA  (OLGA Public Comments Instructions) or by emailing the OHV Grants’ email at ohv.grants@parks.ca.gov.
