Welcome to the California Department of Parks and Recreation's Online Grants Application (OLGA) for the Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Division's Grants and Cooperative Agreements program (Grants Program). OLGA is a web-based application system designed to assist users throughout the grant process.

The purpose of the Grants program is to provide for well-managed OHV Recreation by providing financial assistance to eligible agencies and organizations that develop, maintain, operate, expand, support, or contribute to well-managed, high-quality, OHV Recreation areas, roads, and trails, and to responsibly maintain the wildlife, soils, and habitat of Project Areas in a manner that will sustain long-term OHV Recreation.

Please join us for the OHMVR Division’s first annual virtual G25 Administrative Program Workshop on October 23 and November 5, 2025. Each day will include two sessions covering G25 regulations, plus tips and best practices for managing your advance or reimbursement requests.
