Welcome to the California Department of Parks and Recreation's Online Grants Application (OLGA) for the Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Division's Grants and Cooperative Agreements program (Grants Program). OLGA is a web-based application system designed to assist users throughout the grant process.

The purpose of the Grants program is to provide for well-managed OHV Recreation by providing financial assistance to eligible agencies and organizations that develop, maintain, operate, expand, support, or contribute to well-managed, high-quality, OHV Recreation areas, roads, and trails, and to responsibly maintain the wildlife, soils, and habitat of Project Areas in a manner that will sustain long-term OHV Recreation.

Important Announcement

The 2026 (G26) Grants Cycle is now officially open, and online applications are being accepted through OLGA. Preliminary Applications must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on March 2, 2025.

Please note that the Project Director Request is no longer required as part of the Grant Application process. To begin, log in to OLGA and select “Create Application.” The primary user who initiates the application is responsible for assigning the appropriate permissions to any additional users who will be working on and submitting the Project Application.
